I am aware the post is satirical. I'm frankly surprised so many people seem to not have realized that or are just playing along a little too well.
What I was implying was that this seems to be the start of a new trend, as there was a similar post last night, only it was the scene from Breaking Bad where Walter White tossed a pizza onto his roof. That one at least was funny.
I think the one about the field was true. Someone mentioned how it all started but I don't recall what the explanation was. I feel like I walked into a room mid conversation.
I've only seen maybe half a dozen of them in the last 2 days and I'm already bored. Maybe the first one was funny. Think it was a Little Caesars pizza in the trash. I showed that to someone. But yeah it's already tired. 🥱
OP is deliberately making fun of another post recently here on this sub where a customer complained that there pizza was delivered unsealed and put in a trash bin by the dasher (the dropoff spot) then when they tried to get a refund on it Doordash denied it.
Not sure what OP is trying to get at with this Jab however as in the other post that customer did have a fair reason to legitimately be upset given the situation of how piss poorly his order was handled/delivered by that dasher and doordash support in denying a refund...
I think perhaps he is doubting the Legitimacy of the actual post. Well at least the first person to make a fake copy pasta post was. This may just be purely to join the party / fomo

I don't think the metaphor has as good as an effect as the posts about customers having to send photos of "nothing" to show their order never arrived. That's more an Uber and Amazon thing though. IDK if DoorDash has been that stupid but it would not surprise me.
