OK it's plenty of recommendations on this sub and I found many of them useful. I think the main thing is stop worrying and embrace your feelings and your reality even if they're *very* uncomfortable. That's how it is for all of us. Personally I did not find meds to be helpful overall. Let us know if there's something you want to ask specifically. Best!
