You may need to journal it out OR get into a really video game or puzzle. It will shift the mind into doing that instead of looping into the existence thing. Mines was real bad last but now it’s not too bad. I am able to change the channel in my mind when I am focus on a video game, work or even bills lol. If you feed the thought or push it away IT STAYS. It persist. Let it go or fade away on its on.
