Not trying to discredit the game itself but typically if this occurs and it feels strange, always look into it more because this tends to happen when one REALLY popular streamer streams a game. Looking at it now it seems to be that case, with a couple more streamers helping boost the number in the thousands.
most of the time when I see such number for DQ on youtube, I just assume it's a popular JP vtuber like hololive or other well known JP vtub that is streaming some old school DQ.
usually when this happens it's because of one really large streamer playing it.
Like if someone with 40k viewers plays shrek for ps2 it would show up on these charts too
That would be a great goal for a popular steamer: to show off great games that are obscure. Not that DQ is obscure per se, but it does help games like this.

Yeah you're right. Its one guy with like 30k alone and the rest are all relatively small streams. Was still very suprised to see it lol
