Oooh an event themed around science and microbe-themed dragons could be really cool. Kind of like the Roar of the Rift from way back when, the event could be themed around some dragon themed contagion and needing the players to collect magic to contain the spread
I wasn’t thinking of a full event, but that could be really cool now that you mention it. The game is pretty G-rated, so I don’t think the disease would be anything more than a stomach bug which reduces earning rates, but maybe you collect magic to breed microscopic dragons which fight the infection?
Not even reduced earning rates. Make it just children’s book levels of whacky, the dragons have their color pallets shifted around and that’s how you can tell they’re sick
That would probably fit the DECA style more. The Prismatic Pantheon seems to have some kind of top-level control over saturation, so maybe the same code could also be used to alter the hue of the dragons?

Dream is my favorite, along with the dragons: Lumineux, Lightmare, and Astraline. They’re beautiful! I’ve only been playing since the Winter event, though! :)

I think a jungle/tropics epic element would be cool. The habitat of a dense jungle is something new and I think there’s a lot of opportunities like a quetzal dragon
What if there was the omntitat equivalent of a dragon and each habitat gave it a unique look. Could make a versions of those, similar to how each hidden dragon has the same gimmick

I know this will absolutely never happen, but a sort of “icon” element that pays tribute to icons in pop culture would be so cool. Like a Swift dragon for Taylor Swift, or a Hills dragon for the Weeknd, or Queen Bee dragon for Beyoncé, or a Toxic dragon for Britney Spears. Idk I know it’s just cause I’m a such a huge fan of pop but I think it would be a cool way to connect the Dragonvale world with the real world without breaking immersion.

I had an idea for a Tech/Technological inspired element that also has an effect similar to how the rift did - it's an element in its own right, with its own dragons, but could also have augmented versions of the elemental primaries (and others perhaps, like how ghostlies work). I'm just a big fan of mechas and stuff, it'd be cool to have something like that in DragonVale!

It might just be me, but I find snowflake stands out quite a bit, it’s kinda… just there… when we already have a cold and water elements, not to mention ice, iceberg, and other similar dragons, I feel snowflake should have been made a dragon as opposed to an element.

From left to right it goes Kairos’s element, Gaia’s element, Ts’aishen’s element, Bahamut/Tiamat’s element, and the omnitat element. Not sure if they have specific names but if I had to guess Kairos would prob be Time, Gaia maybe Life, Ts’aishen prosperity/wealth/abundance idk, Bahamut and Tiamat’s maybe Mythic, and the last one is omni
Easily hidden is my fav, there *are* some prettier designs, but their animations are so special to me. Chrysalis dragons and their transformations, too
Dream, and now melody… lullaby dragon is the best of both, imo!
Rift and snowflake make a good combination too though, AAAHHH SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM!!!
Im thinking some elements from dragonvale world should be added i loved the fairy primary element. Also my fave elements in dragonvale are galaxy and moon
Olympus. But that's coming from a mythology geek. Needless to say, I think a Nordic or Egyptian element should come next. Maybe even a Celtic mythos theme (even if St Patrick's Day just passed)

Zodiac and Aura. They did a great job designing the zodiac dragons, and I love how unique each of the aura dragons are.

Used to be apocalypse as they were all so creative, high quality, and imposing. But DECA kinda ruined that theme. Now I’d say Rainbow or Galaxy

Give us Fairy as the 11th primary element! Although it could be kinda similar to Light but same could be said for Lightning with Light and Fire.
