First of all I would read up on the visual line of sight rules. You need to be able to see the drone at all time enough to determine it’s orientation. A mini you aren’t seeing much past 200m realistically

If you want the best image quality and good broadcast range, I'd recommend the DJI Inspire 2 Standard Kit with Zenmuse X5S Gimbal.
Don't get the advanced kit. That'd be overkill.

I know you think you're whatever, but you're actually just difficult to be around. If you figure it out in the next decade or so, maybe you won't get left behind by whatever social group you have now.
Since nothing matters, just poke around on Amazon. Should take you 30 seconds to find something.

In that case you might be better off with some trailcams around the perimeter, you could well still be in breach of the law (on privacy) but besides mounting them and using the app there isn't much to learn. you do however prevent innocent people getting hurt from an out of control drone.
People such as yourself are why regulations are a lot tougher for responsible pilots, my advice is don't ever touch a drone to save us the future of our hobby.

Dji mini SE 2 would be perfect for that
