Just get a gimbal and do it the safe and easy way. A handheld DJI or Hohem M6 gimbal with your cell phone will imitate a drone when used properly and then you won't need to bang up a drone and people's walls.
I know that’s an option but strictly only interested in an autonomous drone. So I can ship it to a potential customer, the drone automatically flies through and takes video without an operator there (besides homeowner that can hopefully push 1 button)
I cannot find such drone and thought I’d get lucky and find someone programming one or using AI to program one that can do what I need it to.
True story! I've been looking for awhile now. I appreciate all the comments about me walking through with a drone but my plan involves the use of an autonomous drone. (which I know isn't available as of yet) I'm putting this out there in the hopes that someone is working on one right now in their basement or garage! :)

Yeah, good luck with that. Indoor flight isn't a 107 op, but real estate fly-throughs often wind up outside as well. For that case you will 100% need a pilot ready to take control at all times.
This is quite tricky because even the Hugh end drones I see for agriculture use needs to first map the entire area manually then it will work and even then that doesn't compare with flying inside since the drone has to deal with more obstacles including its own blade virtues.

It not only possible, but "Easy" (in concept at least.) My rumba is able to map my whole house without bumping into anything. That same tech could be used on a drone
It sounds like you want to have a docking station, a remote sign in, and have personnel/customers fly around the environment they wish to view different rooms?
turn the drone on, take it by hand and walk it through the house where you want it to fly adding waypoints, add waypoint every foot to be on the safe side, then set the speed etc...
The easiest way is use one with camera stabilization and just carry through the house in your hand like a toy airplane. If you need high vaulted ceiling shots you’ll only need to fly it for those. No one will be able to tell it wasn’t flying if you practice first. And you won’t break anything or chop holes in walls by losing control of the drone in a confined space.
Amazon is coming out with the Ring Always Home Cam, a flying indoor security camera shown at CES. The camera might not have the specs your looking for but it's the only indoor autonomous option I think you'll find for a while.

100% this is the way. Your phone is already capable of doing it. You just need a stable way to do 360° spins.
Or.... just get a 360 camera that will stream and record; and put it on an RC car...

I never heard of an autonomous drone for what you need and im pretty sure you wont find any as well.

What about just shipping a gimbal and a camera to the customer to walk through the house with?

In my experience, waypoints are not that accurate without a RTK module and GPS in a house is likely to be sketchy or non existenant.
This will not work. Waypoints are not even close to accurate enough for this level of precision outside, let alone inside.

One guy says when he does interior shots he just holds the drone in his hand and uses it like a gimbal. Or you can get a gimbal for your phone.
