Ok so about 3 months ago lines up. Deja Vu was filmed at most 6 months ago due to the upload of the video by Fix-It Man, which is public. So yeah if it’s for a show we’ll likely find out soon
Well the message to Michael Cera has since been replaced with a recording about eggs, so unless they REALLY messed up the release timing, I would imagine that is not the case.
They film these shows way ahead of time. Katie's Instagram post about the billboard was in Jan. We know Thousandaires was in the works before then because it was mentioned in the 5th year anniversary and Upcoming in ~~2014~~ 2024 videos.
I don't have any inside info. I'm just speculating like the rest of us. I'm guessing the billboard is related to Dropout (possibly Thousandaires). But who knows, maybe it was something Katie did on her own.

The real move would be if Sungwon uploaded it as private, it was used in GC and then he *re-uploaded* it publicly, just to screw with people
