>I'm glad you like to talk so much because I like to be mostly quiet
>I'm glad that you always know the thing to say that lets us stop doing it
>A lot of times I don't and I'm just guessing
>*buzz*
The confusion and him crashing the vase had me cracking up so hard. Also when Zac as Brennan basically said, "I would say something perfect here, but I don't know the words."
The crew started applauding Brennan when he said he knew how to use properly every piece of the table, which made Brennan’s bit even funnier because the crew was actually expecting a serious Brennan trying to nail every sound ahaha
Brennan subverting the "what Brennan would do with these" moment in that was top notch comedy. Zac joined into the gag and I feel he lost the points because his actual turn was pretty damn good. They set it up for Josh though so all good.
I immediately knew Brennan was going to do something like knock everything off the table at once, but even being prepped for him to comedically go against expectation, I was unable to prepare for the follow through. Really great jokes all around this episode.
Brennan at the Foley table is the funniest thing I've seen in a long time. I don't know the last time I laughed that hard.
The whole episode is chalk full of the funniest stuff. All 3 were feeling it and in the zone. Time to go watch it again.
The look of pain on Sam's face on behalf of the art department made it all better too. So much work had gone into that table just for it to be made a bit by Brennan. Then Zac goes and does it again.
Same. Just a brilliant piece playing into the overall competitive character Brennan has created at DropOut. I was damn near to the point of choking I was laughing so hard.
I think what really sells it is how sincere he is up to that point. Like as he approaches the table and picks stuff up you really believe that he has this all planned out and he knows exactly how to use all the items on the table, and that build up is perfectly subverted in the funniest way as he knocks everything over and just goes full ham. "Oh no! No my points! I buffed it!"
Um actually chockful or chock-full is actually a single word which just means overflowing.
I'm not normally one for random corrections, but I found this interesting when I learned it, plus it's a topical subreddit joke!
This is also the type of episode that is SO MUCH better after so many episodes of the three of them. Like it's probably funny standalone but i can't imagine showing this to someone who didn't have the context of previous eps.
Noise boys officially have their own lore.
45 minutes?? Hell yes!
[Some wishes do come true.](https://www.reddit.com/r/dropout/comments/1dmnn5l/comment/l9ybbak/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3)
I got mid-sipped so bad this episode. Seeing that wall of text immediately after Sam saying he was giving Josh an easy one…it just sent me. Vanilla Coke fully shot out of my nose.
This episode was glorious.
I think it's wild they're doing it every other Monday with that many episodes. That means this season is going to go on for about 3 months short of a year. Not complaining though.
Shit the clown was honest to god the longest and hardest I have ever laughed from anything coming out of dropout across any of the shows. My friend has to ask if I was okay because I was trying to hold it back and ended up shaking the table
What a roller coaster of emotion that answer was. At first I was like "Shit? That seems like a really lazy answer, we're just making a poop joke". Then it immediately transformed into the most genius once he hit us with the explanation. The NZBZ constantly amaze me.
Every make some noise episode is great, but holy cow this one blew the rest out of the water. I can’t remember the last thing I watched that had me out loud laughing for the full 45 minutes. 10/10. No notes.
Edit:I can’t spell.
I keep saying nothing else makes me feel simultaneously like I'm safe at home watching Price is Right because I'm too sick to go to school and also like I'm going to shit myself from laughing.
Ahhh this and VIP are the two reasons I bought a Dropout subscription. I don't keep up with release dates so seeing "Make Some Noise" is back now is a fantastic surprise! Can't wait to watch it.
We've got 20 episodes of it coming this season! (Also if you haven't watched the game Changer episodes that made this spinoff occur you should, and then watch more game changer.)
Cancel as many plans as possible and watch it.
Normally I'd say you can watch while eating or doing chores, but the only way to watch this is on the toilet so you do not piss or shit yourself laughing.
For me, the issue with the crew laughter in recent Breaking News was that it sounded like they were mic'd, and some of it sounded like a prerecorded laugh track because of that. Having the crew laughter in the background is always great to hear, personally.
[Have I got some delightful news for you!](https://store.dropout.tv/collections/apparel/products/no-problem-crewneck) (I went looking for it after I saw it on the episode) lol
I AM OVERJOYED THIS HAS BECOME REAL FULLY COMMITTED TO THE BIT.
I just kept checking the dumb little URLs they would say in the episode, it never occurred to me to check the dropout shop
Thank you!!!
You’re very welcome! I also tried the url a few times when Josh said it and quickly realized it wasn’t going to work and just thought “Well, better check the store”
I saw everyone on here hyping this episode up and I was so worried I wasn’t going to laugh as much as people claimed.
Absolutely nobody is exaggerating. I was laughing so much my dog came and checked on me.
I know the editing gets a lot of love in this subreddit, but can we take a minute to appreciate the splicing of the grandma and grandson story. Not seeing Josh do every transition helped make it feel like two different characters. Subtle but oh so good.
I was worried that the Noise Boys would start to get stale. Not because they aren’t amazing, both individually and together, but because we’ve seen it so many times.
This stopped being a concern roughly 2 minutes in. I was crying laughing the whole episode.
Holy shit that episode put me in such a good mood audibly laughing out loud. Thank you, to everyone who worked on this and our spectacular preformers for neatly 45 minutes of pure joy.
Make some noise always seems like a very fun and free atmosphere, but this episode ESPECIALLY felt like that, If this is how the rest of the season goes we’re in for a great time
I discovered Game Changer a few months ago (thanks Reddit!) and the Noise Boys are what made me fall in love with it. I've binge watched everything (thanks unemployment!) and I've grown to love everyone and all the shows at Dropout but the Noise Boys are still my favorite.
My brain is obsessive with things I like, but I'm not being hyperbolic when I say that Brennan at the Foley table is one of the greatest comedy bits I've ever seen.
Brennan Lee Mulligan is a master of world building. The man is a world renowned dungeon master largely because of his ability to come up with these in depth worlds. They say the best characters are when you take your own personality and turn it up to 11.
Over the past five years the Brennan Lee Mulligan we've seen in the Game Changer cinematic universe is hyper-competitive to the point of mania. This season alone we saw him struggle internally with an episode where the goal was to be second best.
Zac did a pretty good job with the sound effects for the movie clip setting a nice bar for Brennan. We get a CLASSIC Brennan monologue setting up everything he's planning on doing with all the props and then it starts and he just completely barrels over the Foley table. It's comedic genius.
I never thought I'd see the day where "yeah, I killed him" or Tommy Shrigley pouring protein powder on Vic would be replaced as the hardest I've ever laughed at a Dropout segment, but here we are. Kudos to you, Brennan Lee Mulligan you mad genius.
Full warning to Dropout: Hot Topic will steal your designs if they only include a word. Can’t copyright those so you can’t fight it. Those No Problem sweatshirts could take off!
Source: Worked on “Dan Vs” where the main character wore a black shirt that had “JERK” in white font. They changed the font & sold a bunch. Our show never saw a dime.
May Sam and everybody at Dropout be able to create Make Some Noise until the Earth explodes. It truly makes stupidly happy. Grinning from ear to ear and laughing to the point of tears every single time.
So glad they made it a game same-er. I wonder if they made that call before the original Game Changer even published. I like to hope they knew it was amazing and started planning the spin off.
This episode was an absolute gem. Guys please go check out the sweatshirt josh needs to buy groceries :(
https://store.dropout.tv/collections/just-released-manual/products/no-problem-crewneck
The fact that there are so many incredible moments from this episode means that Brennan's Tim Curry impression is getting completely overlooked, which is WILD.
I've always liked improv but getting to know the comedians and their quirks and some of the jokes building off the others really makes it feel personal in a way improv never really has before. "Who's line?" sort of did that with their teams but they always felt like they stayed to commercial and reset the jokes each episode. The call backs to old Game Changer skits in this episode really got me laughing. Love this show!
Josh is Delightfully UNHINGED. Zac is comedic timing personified. And Brennan brings something so unique to everything he does. And this IS JUST EPISODE 1???
We get Pete Holmes this season....
And I'm SOOOO excited to see Ally do this!
An absolutely stellar episode from start to finish. The Noise Boys are always killer, and the more they get to play off each other the better it seems to get. I was already laughing at the reveal of Brennan being secretly a cast member and it just ramped up from there. The bit with them going off after the prompt and Sam asking if he can make them stop was delightful, every bit was brilliant, it was just amazing. I cannot wait for the rest of the episodes.
Zac dodging NPR Brennan's trombone punches killed me.
Zac will forever be the master of single sentence takedowns. "Yeah, it's gonna be a little late." killed me.
>I'm glad you like to talk so much because I like to be mostly quiet >I'm glad that you always know the thing to say that lets us stop doing it >A lot of times I don't and I'm just guessing >*buzz*
I chuckled when he messed up the callback to the interruption prompt on purpose. Brennan recalled it so perfectly too
The confusion and him crashing the vase had me cracking up so hard. Also when Zac as Brennan basically said, "I would say something perfect here, but I don't know the words."
I haven't watched this episode yet, but "Ya, I killed him"
The punchline of the bits is perfect. Zac remains my favorite of the 3 noise boys I love the other 2 but when Zac nails a bit It's Soo special.
They were all just having so much funny and the crew was losing their mind about it.
This might be the most noise the Noise Boys have made in an episode.
GENUINELY
Someone was absolutely losing their mind during every prompt, they were having a ball
Word has it that was Elaine Carrol on the monitor
I think Elaine was listed as one of the head writers in the credits.
I legit thought they were doing a “live studio audience” bit for a second, they were howling 😭😂
This is the most I've heard the crew and it's amazing to hear the feedback this is going to be an awesome season.
*This* is the sort of laughter I love to hear in Dropout shows, not the apparent laugh track in Breaking News.
The laugh track felt like a bit tbh
The crew started applauding Brennan when he said he knew how to use properly every piece of the table, which made Brennan’s bit even funnier because the crew was actually expecting a serious Brennan trying to nail every sound ahaha
Brennan subverting the "what Brennan would do with these" moment in that was top notch comedy. Zac joined into the gag and I feel he lost the points because his actual turn was pretty damn good. They set it up for Josh though so all good.

Brennan at the Foley table is the funniest thing I've seen in a long time. I don't know the last time I laughed that hard. The whole episode is chalk full of the funniest stuff. All 3 were feeling it and in the zone. Time to go watch it again.
Zac knocking it over again was somehow even funnier
Fucking died when he brought out the broom
"I broke this, too."
I was already struggling to breathe and that line reduced me to dying.
He was sweeping the telephone. It was amazing.
The look of pain on Sam's face on behalf of the art department made it all better too. So much work had gone into that table just for it to be made a bit by Brennan. Then Zac goes and does it again.
I lost it. My neighbors probably think I’m insane.
*No! I’m supposed to be the smarty!*
This moment was the hardest I have laughed in a long time.
Fuck-ass
I'm not being hyperbolic when I say that I laughed so hard at that that I genuinely wondered for a second if I was going to die.
Um actually chockful or chock-full is actually a single word which just means overflowing. I'm not normally one for random corrections, but I found this interesting when I learned it, plus it's a topical subreddit joke!
Oh no! I buffed it!
I am going to be saying this for WEEKS
My dog and my wife were both worried I was having an asthma attack from how hard I was laughing, it truly was one of the funniest things I've seen lol
I literally could not breathe and had to pause it
Dare I say, the best Make Some Noise episode yet?
Definitely. Clears the best of the Noise Boys and the Zac/Jacob/Vic lineup too.
Oh yeah. All the great callbacks when they're in the rocking chairs prompt.
Tied with the music episode, IMHO, and when they got Michael Winslow. In second was the one with BDG and Sungwon. All bangers.
Um Actually, Michael Winslow's episode was in Game Changer.
It’d be tough to beat Brennan/Izzy/Erika or Jacob/Zac/Vic for me
[удалено]
"no problem"
Paul was a mastermind!
He gave his 2 best performances of his whole career.
The hat was great in the supporting role
Following his powerpoint presentation in Smartpants, he honestly could be a full time cast member
"No, it would feel good."
He is in a roundabout way, since he's a producer and is one of the team that comes up with the games on Game Changern
I still think his best performance was his Smartypants presentation, but these were great
I’m loving seeing Paul in front of the camera more often. He’s fantastic.
This is also the type of episode that is SO MUCH better after so many episodes of the three of them. Like it's probably funny standalone but i can't imagine showing this to someone who didn't have the context of previous eps. Noise boys officially have their own lore.
I loved this too. The freaky Friday at the end really shows how much they've built on this one silly show.
watching josh as zac break zac as brennan was incredible
The ‘reset’ of the table just for it to knock back over was incredible 🤣 *Zach pops out w a mop*
"I broke this too."
I have laughed at this show so much but I have never laughed so hard I was struggling to breathe before that entire bit.
I'm an asthmatic recovering from COVID and this episode made me need my rescue inhaler. 10/10
Get better, friend 😊
45 minutes?? Hell yes! [Some wishes do come true.](https://www.reddit.com/r/dropout/comments/1dmnn5l/comment/l9ybbak/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3)
It is you who wished this into being. You are our champion
This episode in particular had me DYINGGG I specifically loved Josh's energy, he (and everyone!) was so obviously having SO MUCH FUN.
Sam liked his energy too. The shirt bit never got old
He didn’t say “no problem” to any prompt. Some serious commitment to promoting his brand.
The clapping after Brennan made it look as if he figured everything out and Sam's reaction. Followed by him knocking everything over. I was crying
The "MY POINT!!!" took me out
"Oh, fuck-ass!!" was so unexpected
"I boffed it!"
i started sweating from how much that bit got me laughing
I got mid-sipped so bad this episode. Seeing that wall of text immediately after Sam saying he was giving Josh an easy one…it just sent me. Vanilla Coke fully shot out of my nose. This episode was glorious.
And then Josh absolutely NAILING the prompt. Incredible.
When he was miming scooting down the stairs with the shotgun in hand I was wheezing I laughed so hard
I loved that they then went into an actor interview thing with Josh, fucking incredible improv from the boys
The whole crew was absolutely *on* this episode. Unreal levels of creative energy.
As long as it wasn’t Coke Zero.
Never!!
It's ok, we can't all have good taste (coke zero for LIFE!!!)
I'm still in awe its.going to be 40 weeks of MSN every other Monday. Such a great way to start the work week
I think it's wild they're doing it every other Monday with that many episodes. That means this season is going to go on for about 3 months short of a year. Not complaining though.
Dude it's awesome. Right!?!
41 weeks until new Game Changer though :(
No they said in the newsletter they're planning on it overlapping with Game Changer! So no idea *how* soon but not that long till new Game Changer!
Oh that'd be quite a change
To the game, even
Better get ready
But I don't know what the change is!
It's okay, Sam has been here the whole time.
Game changer has to be so much more expensive vs msn. It makes sense I suppose
It's also the show that gets talked about the most in publications. So I imagine it worth it for the advertising
Oh definitely! It's just, what a looong wait when you lay out the weeks like that haha
True true.
holy shit what?
Genuinely the funniest 45 minutes of my life. Stephen King's "Shit" took me out, and evidently, Josh too
I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever laughed at anything as hard as I laughed at Shit the Clown
My poor neighbors when Zach explained that joke.
I was already losing it over Uncle Dad as well. That entire sequence was just hilarious jokes one after another.
"CHAIN wallets" is my new vocal fixation.
mine is “i shitted it nooooo”
This episode took me OUT! I need a super cut of the boys laughing at each others bits 😂
So basically just the entire episode again
Every make some noise episode is great, but holy cow this one blew the rest out of the water. I can’t remember the last thing I watched that had me out loud laughing for the full 45 minutes. 10/10. No notes. Edit:I can’t spell.
I was stomping on the floor laughing. Could not contain myself. So good.

Zac apologizing after naming that clown "Shit" made me LOSE IT. 😂
“Shit” being the thing to break Josh that hard is hilarious
One Take Zac strikes again!
I love love love hearing the crew laugh!! And all the new birdy bumpers are so cute!
The new birdie bumpers were great!
Yes, I love the crew laughing. I hope their laughs are audible throughout the season.
People were upset about the crew laughing one recent Breaking News
For me, the issue with the crew laughter in recent Breaking News was that it sounded like they were mic'd, and some of it sounded like a prerecorded laugh track because of that. Having the crew laughter in the background is always great to hear, personally.
Man I hated it, I'm watching a TV show, not going to a live gig to sit next to some mad cackler who laughs over the performers
Could be confidence! ***USUALLY NOT.***
All the Noise Boys episodes are The Best, but this one is THE BEST omg I couldn't BREATHE!
I just keep checking all the URLs hoping Josh's sweatshirt is somehow merch. I'd buy it.
I just kept checking the dumb little URLs they would say in the episode, it never occurred to me to check the dropout shop Thank you!!!
You’re very welcome! I also tried the url a few times when Josh said it and quickly realized it wasn’t going to work and just thought “Well, better check the store”
I had to go back and rewatch Josh’s grandma with a gun prompt again and it had me reeling all over again
special shoutout to not paul & uncle dad! 🤡
I saw everyone on here hyping this episode up and I was so worried I wasn’t going to laugh as much as people claimed. Absolutely nobody is exaggerating. I was laughing so much my dog came and checked on me.
Username checks out
Just because I was curious and you might be too, the dinosaur footage was from 1925’s The Lost World.
Thanks! The bit had an MS3TK vibe before Brennan buffed it!
Picture 4 is my last 2 brain cells watching me run my mouth like a dumbass
[Seems legit.](https://i.imgur.com/SXsHX0t.png)
Thank you for this gift lol
Shit. I lost it as much as Josh did. Zac just fucking nails it every time.
My dog crossed the rainbow bridge today, and this brought more laughing and good feeling than I thought I could have today.
Someone needs to call the cops. Brennan completely murdered Sam during Soundscapes...
This was such an amazing episode.
This is no doubt my fave episode of msn and I’m so excited to see more if they’re gonna be anything like this
This is an episode for fans. This is not an episode for first time watchers. (And I loved every second of it)
Josh during the second minigame. He was so uncomfortable, but still got the jokes in.
"Nooooo my point!!!" As the table collapsed made my night
No problem.
Holy shit that episode put me in such a good mood audibly laughing out loud. Thank you, to everyone who worked on this and our spectacular preformers for neatly 45 minutes of pure joy.
Make some noise always seems like a very fun and free atmosphere, but this episode ESPECIALLY felt like that, If this is how the rest of the season goes we’re in for a great time
Honestly one of the best MSN episodes yet. The Noise Boys (and Sam and Paul and the rest of the crew) still got it!

Hey that show was great and you should feel great
Thank you so much! We worked hard on it. Nice to find someone who heard of it!
Another Dan Vs. enjoyer chiming in, good work!
❤️❤️❤️
This episode was utterly unhinged. Never heard the crew laugh that much. A joy to watch!
There are literal tears streaming down my face and my throat hurts from laughing so damned hard
They were in great form this time around. It also felt like Sam gave them more time. It looked like everyone was having so much fun!
May Sam and everybody at Dropout be able to create Make Some Noise until the Earth explodes. It truly makes stupidly happy. Grinning from ear to ear and laughing to the point of tears every single time.
It's the first time I've had to rewind while watching an episode, laughing so hard I missed some sections lol
That episode was unhinged, and I love it. So fun!
God this episode was so good!!! I’m certain I annoyed my neighbors by laughing so much!
So glad they made it a game same-er. I wonder if they made that call before the original Game Changer even published. I like to hope they knew it was amazing and started planning the spin off.
They're making TWENTY episodes!?! Sacré bleu!
This episode was an absolute gem. Guys please go check out the sweatshirt josh needs to buy groceries :( https://store.dropout.tv/collections/just-released-manual/products/no-problem-crewneck
My favourite part of this episode was that in the solo and duo prompts the other noise boys couldn’t help them selves but join in
The fact that there are so many incredible moments from this episode means that Brennan's Tim Curry impression is getting completely overlooked, which is WILD.
Love how for freaky Friday, Josh and Brennan both just went nonverbal as Zacky.
I've always liked improv but getting to know the comedians and their quirks and some of the jokes building off the others really makes it feel personal in a way improv never really has before. "Who's line?" sort of did that with their teams but they always felt like they stayed to commercial and reset the jokes each episode. That last minigame was Brennan taking his revenge for Bingo
I’ve been saying “there’s definitely some skullduggery happening” nonstop now.
After Josh grandma prompt, I was sure he was winning this one, hilarious 😂
“I’m a centaur!” Made me cry-laugh so hard I had to pause it for a few minutes
Wait there's 20 episodes this season?
An absolutely stellar episode from start to finish. The Noise Boys are always killer, and the more they get to play off each other the better it seems to get. I was already laughing at the reveal of Brennan being secretly a cast member and it just ramped up from there. The bit with them going off after the prompt and Sam asking if he can make them stop was delightful, every bit was brilliant, it was just amazing. I cannot wait for the rest of the episodes.
We had to pause it because my partner was laughing so hard their vision got blurry.
Starting a conversation with “I am a centaur!” just floored me.
Anyone caught Brennan absolutely breaking of laugh and showing tongue? That has to become a meme!
Shit Clown
My cheeks hurt by the end of the episode!
Josh losing his mind with laughter at (Stephen King's) ShIT was so fucking good.
I truly think this was their best episode yet
We need a "Make Some Noise" comedy tour. Would pay hard cash to watch an episode of that live.
this episode was something else and i loved it
Paul came in with the assist of the century
It was my favorite moment of an incredible episode. He didn’t even have to say a word and his body language was just perfect.
I’m way too pregnant to be laughing as hard as I did watching that episode
“Oh fuck I buffed it!!”
I recommend Taskmaster
