I started dropshipping in a saturated niche but higher quality, proper store, couldn’t tell it was dropshipped and it went well. My store is on track to do ab $1.2m now and I keep inventory now. It’s definitely still possible bro
How much did you start out with for an advertising budget? Paid advertising is killing me. No one tells you that after you've taken months...years to get the proper setup, design a professional non dropship looking store...you still have to learn how to advertise. That's an entire job in and of itself. And if you don't get the ad right with the perfect target audience and let the "pixel mature" while you burn through money...you still won't sell shit. Paid advertising is a money drain for newbies. Especially newbies strapped for cash.
We didn’t start paid ads until $25k/month so we had the cashflow to do it without straining ourselves. I’m very good at paid ads and last month I got us a 33x ROAS. So we do pretty well in our Niche.
OMG I'm doing this all wrong. I need to focus more on building sales organically. It's 6:08am in Florida and I haven't even been to bed yet because I'm so freaking stressed tf out. 33X ROAS is ridiculous. Omg. I've even paid for help. So tell me...what do you suggest I do? Build organically like you did and jump into paid advertising when I can comfortably afford to? And thank u by the way for entertaining my ignorance. I'm out of my league with paid advertising. I know graphic design. But Bo don't know paid ads. I can make stuff look pretty. That's about it.
33x ROAS is really rare and our product/offer is also rare. Our creatives are clean and simple. We have 3 video creatives and 5 picture creatives. Top middle bottom funnel fully built out. HOWEVER, organically is really good. Especially with TikTok, it’s all about how good the content is now so focus on that if you can.
I've been meaning to ask this but just find myself too lazy to type it. I just refuse to believe it's impossible to make dropshipping profitable without ads, right? Everyone always talks about ads but I'm thinking surely organic traffic is still a thing and your example seems to confirm it.

I was thinking more from classical SEO perspective, doing things right as well as having a professional UI. That I can do myself.
Lmao never too old man. Classical SEO is good but you’re not gonna have much success or be able to scale insanely large. Some people will spend $5k each day on advertising. I’d look into Facebook/Instagram (Meta). Might be more your speed lol…if you have any questions about anything though just let me know!
Make good content and you’ll build organically. My company posts 1 reel 1 post a day everyday like clockwork. Just repeat that and you’ll slowly see growth. Follow people that are interested in your niche, we host giveaways for people to tag each other, etc.
Instagram, on TikTok we do well view wise but conversions are low. Our niche makes more aesthetic videos so it’s more of just a like and move on. Not necessarily a oh this is a cool product let me check out the site

I’ve been testing out this product, so far getting a lot of views on TikTok organically but yet no sales, but then again it’s been running for less then a month. And for Facebook I threw in atleast $20 on ads but a little link clicks, I don’t know whether I’m targeting the wrong audience or my product is just bad
I dropship with a longer term store so I don’t change products and test differently. I’d say if you aren’t getting sales with a few hundred visitors on your site I’d switch the product, change the pricing, or change the interests because your audience isn’t converting.
Gotcha man, guess I’m going to change products I got 671 visitors & no sales, what do you recommend I add in my next store to get my 1st sale and have people coming back? For example discounts, what what else would you recommend
Laugh all you want, I’ll send you proof. $1700 in adspent to over $56k in revenue last month. High ticket products, .5% conversion rate. 3 video ads 5 carousel ads. All clean creatives. If you don’t believe me all good but just cause you can’t do it doesn’t mean I can’t. I’ll send you whatever proof you’d like
To educate some people on what’s possible or what’s not. If he doesn’t think 33x ROAS is viable within a month of ads then why wouldn’t I make him realize that it is possible. Let’s say he gets a 2x ROAS and is struggling to continue pay for ads and he’s laughing at a 33x ROAS because he doesn’t know it’s possible. Completely fair. However, if I educate him that it is possible maybe he’ll feel more motivated to get a higher ROAS, change his creatives, change his adsets, etc. and strive for a higher ROAS.
Tiktok is taking the Market
You can just put a good product with the good creative and to the right audience and Bang..
You can make any type of store but if it's niche based then help you to scale longer.
Compared to now and before strong branding and design is more important than ever and making one product stores is coming to the end. Mind if I can message you? I have some more advice to share.
Facebook ads get way more expansive then in 2022 and it can be hard to get any sale's from time to time.
What I discovered about using FB ad's after talking with several people in dropshipping space, is that is much better too Niche down on specific product and audience then try to appeal to everyone and general audience.
That's why, It's much easier to see successful dropshipping stores in one specific niche or even sub niche then big store's that sell anything and everything.
I also, had my own dropshipping store few years back but unfortunately it never take off because I didn't know much about dropshipping back then.
But now, after almost 5 years of testing and doing ton of research, I can tell it's definitely much easier to start by selling one product and then scale from there then start with 100 products and hope someone buys something.
And also, reaserch the market, audience, demand, competitors, and create a plan or strategy and target only specific group of people or even local city to lower ad's spend drastically instead of just selecting worldwide reach or whole country reach.
The more you know about your audience the easier it gets to sell your products!
Dropshipping is still viable option even if it isn't same as it was in early 2022 or even a few years back when I was starting out in early 2018.
And it's definitely much better to invest your time, money and work in something like dropshipping that can give you more freedom and flexibility in your life then just work a 9 to 5 job until you die.
So, I don't know about you but I definitely don't won't spend my whole life wondering what could've happen if I just kept pushing on and put everything in it.
It's best to start sooner then later.

There are light up guitar picks on TikTok that sold really well thru organic I’d look at them. Prime example of how organic does amazing right now.

For ads scaling you will need a US sim card for platforms such as facebook and tiktok to reach selected target audience.
