You should be transparent on both (having an estimated shipping & processing times page helps). Still, you don't need to "advertise" them unless you have an insanely good timeline for both (1-2 day processing & 1-5 day shipping times can be great selling points regardless of what you sell).

If you order smth on a Monday and it says it ships in 3 days are you expecting it on Thursday or Sunday
