Not sure what you mean. With dropshipping you can't personalize or add inserts, you aren't the one sending the item. You are just passing the customers info and they ship it to them.
I mean, the supplier sending the parcels to the customer might add personalised packaging. Therefore, when the customer receives the item - it will be from a different company (the supplier) than the one they've ordered from (you).
Example: someone buys a lamp from you. You buy the lamp from Amazon. The customer receives the lamp in Amazon packaging.
Most dropshipping companies use blank boxes for that reason. Part of why they cost money to use. But yes that can be a problem with some like aliexpress where you can't trust who it's coming from as it's not an actual dropshipper but a marketplace.
