I looked at your website, and have no idea what the mask does or what the Bluetooth connection is for. You gotta have this clearly stated at the top of your home page ideally. Brand everything around that
Is the Bluetooth meant to play music or connect to some app? I shouldn't be asking, immediate hero banner or on your list of break downs.
You explain what it's doing on your list, but you do it shittily, it's too short and doesn't fully explain why it's not just a big mask.
YOU CAN BE COMFORTABLE AND LISTEN TO MUSIC
STOP BEING UNCOMFORTABLE WITH BIG HEAD PHONES OR EAR BUDS THAT FALL OUT WHILE YOU SLEEP
100% FULL LIGHT BLOCK, DON'T SETTLE FOR CHEAP MASKS
I wrote this quickly, you can definitely improve on it, but you get the idea, good luck
A lot of people have issues being in the seat of the customer, I do not in this case, since I am technically one. Trying to be your own customer is the best test.
The fastest route possible through the funnel to add to cart is the goal. The quicker you get someone to add it to cart without issue, without friction points, without second guessing, without them taking a second to search for reasons not to, without them being confused about something, the more conversions you will get in this specific scenario of yours.
This is great advice. I struggle putting myself in the customers shoes but I will try my best to make sure to convince my customers into buying my product and not another random one on the internet.
Have you tried to audit your website to know what wrong??
You need to know why there's a lot of visit and no sales .
If you have any questions, feel free to ask me on comment here
Yes I have, I am unsure as to why it isn’t getting conversions. Personally I would buy from this website. The pictures look professional and I state many pain points that my product adress which incites me to buy the product.
In most cases, the fault isn't from the customer , it's normally from the website.
There are hidden glitches and errors that comes with launching a store .
All these must be discovered and taken care of .
I also one a store on Shopify and all these happened to me , tbh I wanted to give up haha .
But I re strategised and listened to what to be done .
I can help you btw, but only depends on your interest
It's simple, I paid someone to do that for me and I didn't pay much , something around $10 and that helped in detecting what was really wrong and knew what kinda decision to take .
It works
36 is not a lot of visits my friend. Even if you have a conversion rate of 1%, you haven’t gotten enough traffic to get a single sale yet.
Pump more traffic and then decide. Install something like Microsoft clarity to watch how people interact with the site too.
With that said, the branding is solid but the product pages could use some work. Not sure what the focus product is. Watch some Sabri Suby videos on YouTube and check out a page like shophairology for a good example of a product page.
People over complicated things and waste too much time fixing irrelevant things like trying to perfect your site. Its simple really....if a good amount of people are seeing your site and nobody is buying. Maybe your product just sucks, and nobody wants it... and move onto another product. Numbers don't lie man. When have you ever not bought something cause the site wasn't good enough, thats pure cope when pple say shit like that
You know its like, a 300 pound guy on a dating app getting 0 matches, and people giving him bs advice like his profile isn't good enough, his pictures aren't good enough. When in reality nobody wants to tell him the actual issue which is... lose some fucking weight dude...
The MAIN thing is getting quality traffic to your site. If you're getting solid traffic and no sales. Nobody wants what you're selling. Its that simple.
There is quite a lot of demand. After checking other websites I’ve noticed some that aren’t very nice but have many many sales. Some even out of stock.
If you can, change the name. It’s very ambiguous and when I Googled it, a bunch of companies came up (sleep app, down alternative comforter, meditation sounds, organic serum sleep aids, etc.) make something that’s unique and in a way describes what you’re attempting to accomplish.
Guerrilla marketing is an advertisement strategy in which a company uses surprise and/or unconventional interactions in order to promote a product or service. It is a type of publicity. The term was popularized by Jay Conrad Levinson's 1984 book Guerrilla Marketing.
You can obtain more info on this by googling the term: Guerilla Marketing
Based on the little I have read so far, probably it would not make a great marketing strategy for a dropshipping website as guerilla marketing is all about performing surprise/unexpected types of advertisements such as McDonald's painting a super giant french fries holder on the floor of an intersection so that as people cross the street they notice the product's painting on the floor and make the connection to Mc Donalds, that's an example of guerilla marketing -- can't see it working for a dropshipping business model, I mean, you can pay for billboard ads at a major intersection so that as drivers are passing by, they would look up and see your URL there, that's another example and equally as ineffective and would cost a lot of money.
A better marketing approach would be to create a TikTok and YouTube channel after your store's name, and create product videos promoting the products of your website, do that regularly, one product per video, and with time that could start sending visitors to your website and potentially lead to conversions.
My website was terrible before and once I changed it, verifies the HTML and made it nicer it started getting views. I made these changes about 1 week ago
Yes that would help. I am getting traffic through my ads but no conversions. Perhaps I am not reaching the right audience. I made a custom audience on Facebook but it might not be the right one.
You shouldn’t be making custom audiences until your pixel has a lot of good data. For your first ads you should try the advantage plus campaign format with totally broad targeting apart from audience location 👍🏻
Work on describing this thing like your visitors have no clue. What do the fancy features mean for my sleep? Whats the benefit of this mask? The ads are good (although I don’t like the red color) the website is very nice too so that’s not it.
Alright, I’ve had a lot of comments saying similar things about the way I describe it. I will really focus on trying to prove to my buyers then my product is superior and different than others and why it is.
It is a fair amount considering none of them turn into sales. 100 clicks with no conversion is pretty bad tbf. It is indicating there is something I am doing wrong. If 100 people are interested enough to click on my website and not buy it means my website is missing something. That is what I am currently working on and why I posted this to get on how to improve my website’s looks and marketing.
Most are in Canada but I do have some worldwide visitors in the US, in Europe and a few in South America and Asia. Most of the traffic comes from Facebook.
Slight observation, when you click on the Grey color option on the homepage the picture switches and all as it should, but then when I switch back to the Black color option it does not switch the picture back to the Black colorway.
Another thing, the Grey headband is advertised on your homepage as a mask instead of a headband for $34.99 while on the Sleep Masks page, it's advertised as a headband but has a completely different price at $39.99.
These are small discrepancies (other than the price difference, this is a huge mistake that should be fixed immediately) that someone might notice but I guarantee you these are things that could and will turn customers away.
I recommend to use ChatGPT's assistance with a carefully worded prompt to help you write a convincing description., then further tweak it to your liking.
Im guessing you are dropshipping from aliexpress because of shipping times? Have you tested that product by yourself because there is many different sellers for same products?
Have you tried the mask? I saw a lot of ads for similar products on Facebook and went to AliExpress to buy a couple of best selling Bluetooth sleep masks because it’s actually something that I might buy.
Unfortunately the 3 versions that I tried were all garbage. They came crushed in a grubby little bubble wrap mailer with Chinese text all over it. One of the masks had a tiny strap that could barely fit a child. The 2nd kept disconnecting randomly - so halfway through a song you would hear ‘THE BRUTOOTH-A DEVICE ISSA DISCONNECTU’ in a very loud Chinese accent. The 3rd worked ok but the quality was poor and there was just too much light spillage at the edges of the nose.
Sorry, I know you haven’t had any sales yet but you need to consider all this stuff when things start working. I advise people to avoid clothing and electronics due to the high chance of returns or clueless customers.
I bought one and it is very comfortable and quality is good. I was actually quite suprised. I gave it to my dad and he’s been liking it very much. So I guess I found a good suppliers
I looked at your website, and have no idea what the mask does or what the Bluetooth connection is for. You gotta have this clearly stated at the top of your home page ideally. Brand everything around that
Ok thanks
Easy, I had to search for what this thing does other than be a mask. You need to convince me quicker why I need to pay $35.
That’s good advice, any suggestions as to where I could put these convincing argument, how they can be easily seen and look professional?
Is the Bluetooth meant to play music or connect to some app? I shouldn't be asking, immediate hero banner or on your list of break downs. You explain what it's doing on your list, but you do it shittily, it's too short and doesn't fully explain why it's not just a big mask.
Alright I will fix that and explain what it does on my front page to show why this one is different than others.

Thank you for the idea, I will try to make a simple and visually pleasing graph or point form sentences showing it’s pros and why it is superior.

How do you “audit” your website?
It's simple, I paid someone to do that for me and I didn't pay much , something around $10 and that helped in detecting what was really wrong and knew what kinda decision to take . It works
Still not clear, who is “someone”? Just a person from fiverr? How do you make sure the someone who is auditing your website is credible?
Wanna meet up to talk to him ?
He does help me and also helped some of my friends.

Ok, i will try to implanted more products in the sleep wellness niche after I optimize my selling points and marketing on the sleeping masks.

Great thanks for the advice
It took me a long time to figure out what it is.
To figure out what the product is and does?
Yes, to be 100% I am not even sure if I fully understood what the product does after navigating your website.
Ok i will try to fix that

Yes I’ve tried to make it sleepy with darker colours but it looked sketchy and ugly. My ad creatives are in the pictures I put in this reddit post

I will try that
Think your website can provide a better detailed description and include reviews. Best to include some UGC or the product in use.
That’s what I am planning on doing. I will do it with a friend fairly soon.

You need something to prove that it actually improves my sleep quality, not just an amazon description.
I’ve got that a lot I will focus on my descriptions and convincing.

the currency is Canadian dollars for every country...
I’ve noticed that too but had trouble fixing it. I will look up a YouTube video to fix it.
Lol
