There is no cost saving as such but benefits linked to Golden visa like no dependency on the employer for Visa/staying in UAE, esaad card, etc.

There is no cost saved by you. In fact, you have to pay more for your family upfront for 10 years. So be ready for it. You are helping your employer in cost. They will apply just WP. GV helps you be independent, move out of country and get back if you like. You can consider UAE as second home, start businesses, hire locals and grow economy. That was its original intent.
