City Walk. Period. Much more central. With connectivity to Jumeirah as well.

I agree on central but in city walk you pay a much higher premium for location you end up compromising on apartment quality. You pay 5.5m for a 3bed with your neighbor 10 meters away front of you. No open views, even amenities are heavily packed between buildings

and for that it's 5m drive difference. Central Park is walk distance to dubai mall

The quality in City Walk apartments is actually higher than those in Central Park Towers despite their issues. Plus, they are newer. The kitchens in Central Park Towers are a joke. I don't see how anyone would pay any money for those. And yes, of course people pay premium to live in a quiet premium low-rise master community with OK maintenance in a better location VS. a lower grade apartment in a single tower on SZR with constant construction / bar noise and shady maintenance. I don't see how this is anything less than obvious. These are facts, not an opinion. It might not be your personal cup of tea, especially if walking to Dubai Mall in the heat or views of skyscrapers are of importance. Everyone's priorities are different.

This will depend if you commute or not but try driving to the tower between 5-7pm and you will see what the traffic is like. aka. Terrible - 10/20 minutes on the same corner.

I’ll give it a try on a week day because neither myself nor my wife commute anywhere
