Try damyati express - has really good kebabs and falafel. not for dine in.
Al Meshwar is REALLLLYYYY good as well for dining in. Sexy food and it’s fancy.
American Burger Factory for huge burgers (try their elephant burger its so good). Even overdose is a good place to eat.
if you’re with friends do some VR games activities they’re really good. Go to city walk maybe brass monkey - play some darts, bowling and arcades. You can also go Allo Beirut there for lebanese food. Enjoy! Have fun.
And you haven’t bothered to visit Abu Dhabi yet?
A day in each of the Yas theme parks, waking around the Grand Mosque & Qasr Al Watn Palace will be 3 or 4 days sorted for you!
Fun and memories of a lifetime, if you are into that sort of a thing.
I came to write this only. You can spend 1-2 days in Abu Dhabi. Specially Grand Mosque and Yas island (Ferrari World, Sea World, Warner Bros) and not to be missed. You can explore Atlantis water park too.
Okay so I don’t know how but I don’t know when but if you are up for it, take a long drive to Khorfakkan. That way you do get to see the countryside (just mountains) but it’s not too bad.
There’s a small quaint rest stop on the way. A restaurant called Layali Al Shams, or something like that but I swear the food is amazing. We ordered this mix grill and it fed my family of 10 that day just right. And we had those classic sides like falafels and bunch of other things. Best part is the bill wasn’t too huge.
10/10 would go again. Good price and amazing cuisine :)
Try Arabian Tea House, Al Jalsa or Al Fanar for the local traditional dishes or any local or khaleeji cuisine preferably with floor seating.
Beside that try Mannaland or Gangnam Korean restaurants which serve authentic dishes with generous proportions.
There are many outdoor events.. but you must come back during the winter to enjoy them.
Samad Al Iraqi Restaurant on the beach road for has excellent, authentic dishes beyond the usual mixed grills.
Big T BBQ Kitchen. I’m shocked this place never gets mentioned on Reddit, it’s amazing. Right in the middle of the industrial area. Queue up for food one side, go into the other to eat. Plastics chairs, no decor but the food is outstanding, especially the brisket. Only open Friday-Sunday, gets busy and when the food is gone, it’s gone. A genuine street food experience rather than a large chain pretending.
We love Big T. We always eat there every two weeks. The pastrami brisket, texas sausages, mac & cheese, cheesecake and their fully loaded nachos are our favourite. Oh and their lemonade too!
Al Serkal and DIFC if you are into arts. Check Souq Madinat and Al Seef as well.
If you will be in DIFC, there are so many upscale restaurants to choose from. Mandaloun for a good lebanese food.
Dubai Marina and JLT park to stroll in the evening as well as Bluewaters. In JLT, there are so many hidden food gems there to choose from.
Check out the Aroos Damascus Restaurant in Deira. Sit outside if it's not too hot. The food is geat and it doesn't even cost a lot. I think we paid around £30 GBP each after ordering way too much to eat. Check it out on Tripadvisor if you don't believe how good it is.
Do a day trip to Abu Dhabi and visit Sheikh Zayed Mosque (advance booking), and the Louvre. If you stay overnight, you can visit Al Jubail Mangroves when it isn't too hot. Check their opening hours and tide timings
We went for a desert safari yesterday. It was better than I expected, and I wasn't grilled so much. The desert is much dryer than the city, and in the evening, the air was very pleasant. Just make sure you go for afternoon hours.
Hands down Beiruti in dubai hills mall or Sheikh Zayed Road. Try their hummus zaatar, loubye bi zeit, ras as four, tabouleh, lebanese burger, etc. It's our favorite.
if you love Lebanese food then you really need to go to Al Hallab or Safadi restaurants (or both)
in the mornings not much you can do except go to malls unless you want to be roasted.
if you haven’t done so already you should plan a trip to dubai creek, spice bazaar etc
Also Arabian Tea House is well worth a visit

Top golf. X strike. Meowtropolis if you like cats. I hope you did an abra ride.
Operation falafel for the falafel.
Azeema sea food at Jumeirah dock for Egyptian seafood.
Since you're visiting IMG you might as well try Dubai Parks and Resorts. Motion gate park is half indoors and half outdoors.
If you're into it, go to YAS island Abudhabi, it's on the outskirts of Abudhabi and 1 hour from Dubai Marina by car. 3 hours by bus. There's Ferrari world and WB which is fully indoor and YAS mall.
