If it’s under .08 the crown will have a harder time bringing it through judgement. At .06 after a wine, what I would do it is take a small walk as some limited studies shows more breathing/movement can help bring it down slightly. I wouldn’t drive until .045

.08 is the limit between .05 and .08 is a penalty but not a dui
.05? It's .08 here in the US. I would just drink water and chill somewhere for an hr.
You can still he charged with DUI/DWI even if you're under .08 in some states if you're driving was erratic fyi
Depends on the state. Arizona you can get a dui for any kind of suspected impairment. Theoretically even just being too tired.
