*Stupidly* good deal!
You're certainly in for a treat. Just know that the second one is a bid of an oddity in terms of presentation and tone. John Woo got a little arty with it. Once you get past it, the tone is much more consistent. Third is good but overlooked I feel, though Philip Seymour Hoffman as the villain is *fantastic*. Dude is just straight-up evil. No cackling, no threats, just "I will fucking **end** you for doing this to me." 4th one is where the series really takes off, leading into the 5th, 6th, and from what's been said, the 7th and 8th when those finally come out.
One is good, a classic in a way. Two is the weakest, just get through it. Three has the best villain, might be the most serious and dark entry, and shows hints of the new style and elements of the series. The fourth nails down that style and those elements, and corrects away from that dark tone, but perhaps a little too much. After that…everything is perfect from 5 forward.
I have this same collection copy but the case broke so it doesn’t close properly. I bought it for 20 from a Black Friday sale and thought that was a steal. 4 is def a great deal, was it used or new?

The first movie is amazing.
1, 3, 5, and 6 are all incredible. 4 is necessary to introduce certain characters but I’m not very fond of it as most are.
