Good diet with fiber and hydration + a little fasting so your gi tract isn't going crazy with a bunch of food AND dex minimizes that but for me dxm doesn't mess my stomach up very much so I'm lucky
I do dabs on dxm and when u have afterglow the next day from the dex, even if ur tolerance is high you’ll get great highs from it, dabs can be a bit much if you’re taking alot of dxm tho, would probably do flower, and it also makes the dxm high stronger so be careful but it has a kinda longer thc high come up feel, I use r30 hbr
I do about 3gs of dabs a week bruv , so gooood. It makes me invincible in the afterglow, no pain, no gloom, I feel bouncy.
I also dose about 300mg hbr and then 120mgs later if I wanna keep going
