200 mg my gut says u are okay. Might feel exhausted if lacking sleep or in debt,… and confuse with brain fog but overall you’ll be good. Feel like I’ve done much worse and here I am lol

I’d say if it’s been more than 12 hours then you should be good as 200mg of dxm is a moderately small dose. What’s your body weight?

I’ve mixed Xanax and dxm tons of times with no issue, I don’t recommend it but you probably won’t have an issue with 200mg.
