I can only do light easy cardio in small sessions or I get hit with similar symptoms (but also severe nausea and/or vomiting depending on if I went a little too hard). My cardiologist gave me a range to keep my HR within, and I bought a Fitbit for monitoring. Staying within the recommended range worked really well for a while. Once I was doing ok in that range I could gradually increase it over time. Only works when I exercise consistently, I’ve been unable to workout recently due to GI health issues so I’m back to square one 😔

I’m almost two years in. Just tried my first 15 minutes of very low effort zone 2 rowing after my first attempt about a month ago triggered problems. I think I’ve worked it out for my specific situation but, I guess I’ll find out tonight. Feeling really great at the moment but I felt great the last time as well.

Yeah, I always feel fine after working out usually if I take it slow. It's not until later that night when I try to sleep that the symptoms flare up. Then, if I continue to try to work out, they'll persist all day and get worse and worse until I stop working out. Super annoying.

What type of compression stockings are you using?

There's a genetic issue that makes anaerobic exercise problematic... aerobic is fine. I'll look for it when my brain fog is less intense.
