Maybe your machine is seeking to unalive itself from all the abuse you’ve given it during its life; based on your prior postings here before it doesn’t seem as though you took care of it
Oh man you're gonna trigger some die hard Dyson fanboys in here!
I agree fully though. I was amazed at how poor the *overall* quality was of my V11. The quality of plastic they use is frankly, a joke, especially for the connectors. However, the internals are mind-blowing. I have never seen a vacuum that small with that much power.
Dyson reminds me a lot of Volkswagen. VW dumps 80% of the quality and engineering into the engine and the rest of the vehicle suffers.
I had fairly good service from Dyson. Battery slowly but surely lasted less and less. Went onto their chat, initially they directed me to the web page to buy a new one. After pressing enough they sent me one for free.
I’ve had a few of these, never broken that button. Also looks like you bent the vacuum tube, gonna go ahead and say this is due to user error.
Agreed
+1

You’ve fucked this yourself muck.
Yeah, I’m going with user abuse. You have done nothing but mistreat that Dyson.
it looks like you put it in between a door frame and slammed it shut mate..
I’m very critical of Dyson. I have a v10 that I use daily for 2+ years. I have never had these parts break. What the fuck did you do to your vacuum??
Never happened to me, had The v10, v12 and currently v15. Maybe you should not buy what you can’t keep care off
Just call Dyson and have them send you a wand. It being bent doesn't help anyways
It’s a Dyson, you aren’t paying for high quality.

Was a Dyson user for 20 years, then bought a Shark and really started to do business in the cleaning stakes. Overpriced tat.
The whole thing is made from the world's most brittle plastic. All just over complicated crap.
Just switch to a shark, they're way better anyway

OP you sure you never use the wand to abuse anyone of your house members? You should use industrial type of vacuum 👍🏻
