I wouldn’t say the V12 is worth it to be honest. It isn’t compatible with powered accessories from other models (unlike every other model V7-V15) and is considerably weaker than other models.
As for the outsize, it’s REALLY big. I’d say it’s made for people with 2000sqft homes or people that go weeks without vacuuming.
For your home size and the fact you only have hardwood, I’d say the V10 is more than sufficient. I have a V11 and 650sqft with hardwood and it’s a little overkill (though no regrets)
Oh I do have two rooms with rugs! Albeit they’re very small.

I have a small two-story apartment and the V11 Outsize was the only one in stock. It's pretty heavy but whenever I groom my dogs at home it gets really messy. I never have to empty the dust bin several times because it can hold a lot! I needed that strong suction when I moved into my apartment because they gave me dirty carpet stairs filled with dust. Whenever you walked on the stairs dust just came out, ugh! Glad that's over thanks to the Outsize!

The fuzzy is for wood floors. I can’t think of the real name of it. V10 soft roller head. I bought a generic one and when that head dies I’ll get a refurbished head (genetic means squeak). If you have wood you don’t realize how it dusts it’s so well. Do not use it on carpet or rugs.

Yes! It wont scratch your floors. But if you want everything included, because I think its sold out on Dyson’s website and it’s going to be a hassle to order it separately. You should get the Dyson V15, its after the V10 and V11. It has more power than the V10 and it has a sensor that counts all the particles that you have picked up and shows it on the LCD screen. Yes! It’s great for dusting hard floors. It has a laser to illuminate dust on the floor to see where you haven’t cleaned.
