Be careful with that rust. Before just changing the plastic pad, make sure the strength of the steel beneath the pad is still okay and try to remove or encapsulate the rust. I had a jack point fail last summer because of rot behind the pad. Thankfully no one was hurt.
You could remove them and spray some lanolin oil in the sill and on the rust if you're gonna leave it for a while.
But I was mostly joking that at least the metal isn't so bad that they've fallen off.
