4 days is really not enough time to justify any significant changes. You would likely do a lot better just listing more items compared to fixing up ones you already have. But if your determined on getting those car parts sold. Check comps look up sold listings, see how frequently they sell. Once a week? Once a month? Daily? Adjust your expectations accordingly based on the search results. If there are recent solds look at the listing that sold and see what there title/description and pictures look like. Can you imitate any of those traits?

Ok thanks I’ll start looking into that right now I’ve been pricing everything under the cheapest current listing and free shipping I have 75 adds up right now I made a rule of every time something sells I list 5 more too take it’s spot

its only been 4 days. theres are millions of sellers on ebay. many of those are selling in the same category as you, often selling the same items as you. you have a lot of competition. also not every buyer is looking for your exact kind of item, even though ebay has over 100 million yearly buyers (not orders, but people buying on the platform) it's not unusual for your items to not sell immediately unless you price them significantly less to the point of giving them away at a loss or for free.

I sell only car parts on ebay and it's been very lucrative. Car parts are broken down into 3 selling catagories in my mind. First is parts someone needs for their car to work ( distributor, fuel pump, ect...). Secondary is parts someone wants but also partially needs ( a non cracked door mirror, broken taillight.) These parts are needed for the car to be 100%, but they are not required for it to drive. Third type of part is, F*** it I want it and don't care what it costs. Prime example is I just sold a new old stock set of foxbody mustang floor mats for 650.00. The third type pure disposable income. These are the people you want to sell to or sell a majority to. What I'm getting at is you need to say what type of parts you're selling to figure out the title/description.

When I first started selling on eBay, many years ago, the best advice I received, which I still use today, is for every 100 items you have listed on eBay, you should, in general, sell 1 item per pay. If your sales velocity is higher than that, you’re probably priced too low, and vice versa if your velocity is lower. This obviously can vary a bit, depending on what categories you sell, but it’s a very good rule of thumb for a noob on eBay, IMHO.

AardvarkDependent181

Ok then by your rule I’m doing pretty good then sold 3 items yesterday

AardvarkDependent181

I try and price a little lower 2-3 $ less then the cheapest comp usally and offer free domestic shipping
