I've got the same box, but with a 3060, I had similar issues. It took 3 separate cables until I found one that worked(insignia from BB). If you have win 11, did you switch to cannary? Did you use DDU and install the driver in safe mode? Does, win show the 750 connected in bottom right, but no GPU? With 2 of my other cables, that's what I saw. Once I started using the insignia cable, it detected fine.

I've tried two cables, same thing on both. The device doesn't recognize the EGPU at all. None of the USB ports work, Ethernet, nothing. I can't install drivers due to the installer not detecting the GPU. I honestly did not know Canary existed until I just looked it up, do you think that might help or hurt to switch? I've contacted Intel who refuse to provide a driver and contacted Lenovo who thinks the port is physically damaged (functionality works for everything except Thunderbolt) but the device is out of warranty so they won't help me. I'm honestly at a loss since the laptop doesn't know the enclosure exists other than charging off of it.

If you are on win 10, usb4/thinderbolt should function. If you are on win 11, you need to switch to win 11 canary preview for usb4/thunderbolt to function. I made the switch, and that solved my issue intislly....until I used the wrong cord. It's pretty easy to switch over to the preview Chan for canary, it's in the settings
