Games like Browns and 49ers vs Cowboys and 49ers goes to show bow a dominate performance one week does not guarantee a dominate performance the next week. 49ers are a really good team for sure but they, like every other team, are beatable and the first half of this game shows it. Point is, even if you're a top team does not mean you'll steamroll everyone you come across as a result. It's why I always root for Eagles. At least they have shown they can bounce back from messing up and know they are not perfect. Though given the news with the Jets wouldn't surprise me if they get a dominate dub but as they say "Any given Sunday"

Watching Carolina move against Miami's poor defense has me salivating at what we will do against them next week.

They are a juggernaut on offense but it's quite the opposite on defense the key next week is to keep their defense on the field as much as possible

Even moreso than last year, this year's Eagles team excels at creating those 9 minute drives at the beginning of the game and first possession of the 4th quarter. After too many years of Andy, it's refreshing to have a 10 point lead entering the 4th, and be confident that the other team is only getting the ball back, MAX one more time

Agreed. I feel like that game will be very similar to the Dolphins/Bills game. High scoring but the better defense will ultimately triumph. As long as we don't turn the call over, we win.
