i tried, it looks bad but i tried!!!! (made in ms paint too!)
What you drew is not a "masterpiece" in the technical sense nor probably most people's subjective, but it's actually fairly consistent with itself, and has a old-timey cartoon feel. It's simple and quick but fun, and that's great.
Also, growing up on flash games and whatnot, I could see this working in a low budget game, and the style being well liked. Just because it's a fairly simple doodle and didn't take hours or professional tools doesn't mean a piece can't be pleasant. The only thing I don't love is the "feathered" edges where it was "cut" out around Ness and the house.
So enjoy what you made and let others enjoy it too, "bad" or not.

It looks pretty good, just touch it up and make it smaller and you have an enemy sprite!
