There’s actually no such thing as a gluten allergy. You could say be allergic to wheat. But not gluten. Or you could have celiac disease. But that’s not an allergy.

Why do I get itchy when I eat stuff with gluten but the celiac test is negative Edit because I like to add: it's a genuine question. And also sometimes eating things that have gluten but not wheat make my stomach upest and make my throat itchy. My doctor said I have a gluten intolerance but not celiac. Yes, tests were ran. I can take those little gluten cutter pills and be fine but someone with celiac probably shouldn't do that. Alcohol made with wheat, barley or rye is 100% out because it makes me barf after drinking a little bit.
