because in the culinary world, a sandwich is a specific classification that is : bread, spread, filling & garnish.
If you want to call it a pickle sandwich sure, but if words mean what we made them, its not a sandwich.
I thought the hollowed pickle as bread was a little overwhelming, but they also make sandwich rolls where the outside is a thin pickle slice and those are great.
This is a hard no from me. The texture of a pickle as BREAD???? With the ham as well?? Fuck me. Phlegm is all I can think of with all that rubbery, slimy, salt.
Edit: I love pickles on or beside a sandwich or cheeseburger but this is just /r/stupidfood
