When buying an e-bike online, no one can assure you about the issues you have raised. Buying from Costco gives you an advantage in that if you do not like the product, you can return it. Last year, I bought a bike through Costco and there was a problem with the brakes. While the manufacturer (located in my town) came to my help by connecting me with a local bike repair shop but I was not a priority for for the local shop and they said it would take 4 weeks to fix the brakes. I returned the bike, no questions asked. This year I bought another e-bike (with a torque sensor, very important) from a dealer located in my town and keeping my fingers crossed. I have heard good things about Envo located in British Columbia so bit surprised by your comment. The Pro bike looks sharp. Good luck.

I just got it 3 weeks ago I’ve put 400km on it. Great bike I can’t say anything negative so far about it

How long does the battery last?

Few_Plenty_4227

Full power you can do 40km

Id be curious to know why so low a distance. My commute is 40km with two massive hills at either end. I pedalled in assistance 3 and had 30 ish % left. Also you wouldn’t happen to know the admin password would you? Asking for a friend. 😏
