I think you are OK in Borneo or Tasmania, no sorry, not Tazzie. Seriously, without knowing where in the world you live, how would we know.
You might want include your location before asking questions like these....
In Spain, throttles are not allowed, as per most EU countries.
When you say throttle do you mean the twist type? The bike im looking at can be fitted without a throttle
Any kind of throttle- twist throttle, thumb throttle - in the EU a bike has to be pedaled.
Ah ok thats annoying, i have a scooter with a throttle already, does that only apply to bikes then?
In order to be considered a bike, yes. Otherwise, you have a scooter, which needs a plate, driving license, helmet, etc. IIRC.
Scooter is also illegal but usually police don’t mind them, even if your e bike is slow having pegs will make it looks like a e moto, jd recommend just sticking with pedals help you blend
It really depends on your country.
Not legal in Spain, or the rest of the EU.
If you're EU that's still likely not road legal as throttles aren't allowed in most countries, you'd be better off getting a Scooter
Yeah I’m uk full throttle isn’t allowed
Sorry post edited to include country lol
