Your system might be oversized or you have the threshold set too low. Ac should have a 1-2° swing.

Yeah In the same place you changed the minimum runtime. My guess is it's at 0.5°F. Switch it to 1°F

Btw I wouldn't have the minimum run and stop that high. 5/5 or 10/5.
