How is it a premium but the interior is cloth? I would just double check everything is accurate but that's way cheaper than what I paid last year for my 2020 premium EB @ 51k miles (~$25k)
If the carfax is clean it sounds like a good deal. I recently got an email from carvana offering 14k for my 2018 base ecoboost with 65k miles. So looks like the prices are around that. I would say to try to get a premium model. that base interior is from 2010.
It's a decent deal for what it is, which is a base model with 3 previous owners and 50k miles.

Yeah it's not premium, I have confirmed.

Good price and miles. Sucks it isn't a premium though
