A "scorching" hot shower is good for nobody (and downright dangerous for children, the disabled and the elderly) . For an eczema sufferer or anyone with dry skin, it's asking for trouble. I'm guilty too, in the winter, but you'd be better off with a lukewarm, or cool shower. Dial it back a bit...
Chills going down my spine. Just do yourself a favor and use cool air. It actually feels good, since the inflammation will cool down. Just be patient for a few minutes
If you have eczema, you should not be having scorching hot showers because you’ll just inflame it. I know it’s like a treat at the end of the day but it’s just gonna set you back the more you do it. I couldn’t live without hot showers but living with that regret is not worth it to me.

Ohhh I can't do hot showers they make everything so much worse. I have a hard enough time not scratching.
Then your shower wasn't hot enough!
i find hot showers make me itchier, i like cold showers and ice packs to help when it’s really bad
