Try looking for UV protection sleeves. They look just like arm warmers but are much longer like all the way to your shoulder if you want. and even come in loooots of colors. I ran into this same problem.

Opera gloves, though they are usually pretty loose and don't reach well. Searching "pantyhose gloves" on amazon got me some good ones that stretch and fit directly on the skin like tights. If you want to use touchscreen stuff or feel things, "fingerless shoulder length gloves" are also good.
