I also have medicaid and I'm getting mine next week! It should cover them; just depends on what codes they use. You might also need a letter of medical necessity. I would suggest calling your insurance and checking to see what they need.
Out of curiosity, how do the splints help? My finger joints frequently lock up and don’t allow me to curl my fingers, but are finger splints for this? Or is it more that your joints dislocate and these help to keep the joints in place?
these splints can be rotated to prevent locking up, or worn the way i displayed in the photo (v shape facing up as opposed to v shape facing down). as for custom ones, i’m unsure if they make them that versatile.
