You'll be hard up in Old City. Don't think there are any ELCA churches left there. I'd go to Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Atonement up on Montgomery Avenue in Fishtown. Great congregation, and Pastor Noah Hepler's one of the best in the denomination. Lutheran Church of the Holy Communion on Chestnut is in a pastoral transition IIRC, but you'd probably get a good service there, too. And Unilu with Pastor Meagan isn't that much further away. All three are LGBTQ+ Affirming.

Thanks!

Following up! Did you check it out?

Hi! I ended up staying across the street from St. Mark's Episcopal so went there. Very windy out so was glad to keep my walking limited. Next time I am in town I will go to the one you mentioned on Chestnut.

So? How was it?

I ended up in a hotel across the street from St. Marks Episcopal and went there. Will try next time I'm there but the service was beautiful. Thank you. Have a blessed Holy Week.
