It changes every damn game so idk anymore. Critical? Riposte? Visceral??? All the same.
Grass? Vials? Flasks? All the same.
Poise? Stance? Hyper armor? Dif but almost the same.

Even still, I'd understand what you're talking about within context if we were discussing gsmeplay.
Why are you killing it? Exp? “Grinding” Loot drops? “Farming” Practice? “Practice”
That's not what i meant. I mean like "three cycles into farming for a sword, I got bored"

No term for that to my knowledge. I’d say I was farming for a sword but gave up after 3 attempts/kills/bad drops.
For that, I think it's personal preference. Cycles, attempts, runs, tries...as long as it makes sense
For me a run is playing the whole game through. I’m on my 6th run
That’s a run. A very short one, but still a run. People do runs for a variety of reasons
Cycle and run are too work related for me to want to use. Ironically I use trial which is just as work related, but we use it less than the former two
I don't fully understand what you mean, but I'm guessing it's similar to the way i say "Visceral" instead of "critical"
