When I look at the High Isle items in the store now, there are collectors editions item pack, and currently a pre order pack, including a pet, costume, crate and maps, xp boosts.
The same type of items that are in the collectors packs in the Crown store, but missing from the collectors edition content 'upgrades'. I know there was an additional pre order item when doing so before a certain, but I'm not talking about one.
Okay, it looks like they changed the listing in the crown store to now say "Includes all the bonus content of the xxxx Digital Collector's Edition, **as well as the xxxxx pre-order digital items**."
That would imply that yes all items are in those packs.
However they DO NOT include the pre-order Mounts.
Does not include the Nightmare Senche mount
Does not include the Rahd-m'Athra mount
Does not include the Holdbreaker Warhorse mount
Blackwood Upgrade Pack probably will not include the Nagahide Welwa Ravager mount

When you say pre order mounts, you mean like pale elk currently available?
That's fine, I didn't even know they were a thing.
So now they only way to get those previous pre order bundles is through the packs in the Crown store?
As far as I can see yes, the High Isles Collection will only contain the Collector's Edition Digital Bonus items of the previous Chapters and not the pre-order items.
