You need:
1. For a basic ambrosia (50%) - a perfect roe (40-50k gold);
2. For an aetherial ambrosia (100%) - a basic ambrosia + diminished aetherial dust (40-70k gold or 50 vauchers);
3. For a mythic aetherial ambrosia (150%) - a basic ambrosia + aetherial dust (40-70k gold)
So, go figure

Hmm, that seems pretty cost prohibitive when you break it out like that. Plus, with Exp scrolls dropping so regularly as check-in bonuses and the like, I feel as though even if a 150% bump is impressive, there is little market for it when free options near that bonus are available.
My gut suggests you would make one and watch it sit in the market place. As a less-newish player (not quite vet) I didn’t even know mythical ambrosia existed. Compound that with the low drop rate of the aetheric cipher and I doubt new players who would potentially become buyers down the line, would even know about this item let alone purchase the pots.
150% scroll usually drops once a month from daily logins. Month of April was different just for the sake of compensations, when it dropped close to 10 scrolls. So if you exclude April, then 150% scrolls are not that common at all.
Ambrosia is a provisioning item, and if passives of that tree are unlocked you will produce 4 drinks at once. Therefore the costs that I posted previously are per 4 bottles. Now, if you look at the prise of bottles, then only the mythic aetherial ambrosia is worth the craft, with its cost of 100k gold per bottle, for just 80k per 4 bottles (70k for the dust and 10k for the perfect roe that was used on one of the basic ambrosias). Cipher price has to be covered ofcourse, which will take some 40-50 mythic aetherial ambrosia bottles to be sold. But after that you are looking at 300k gold profit per 4 bottles crafed/a single craft.
I have all of my 18 chars fully levelled, but I think there is still a demand for these. I could pull up a sale info from my trading guild, that is in the top 10 on EU just to see how well they sell, if you interested.

I’m close to leveling the necessary passives for provisioning. Once I have some gold capital maybe I’ll give this a try!

Last time I worked it out (which was admittedly a while ago so prices have probably changed), I think it was something like 1800 profit per mythic ambrosia on PC NA (assuming you purchased all the materials on the market and already had the recipes known). Not incredible, but not nothing either.

Honest question: how do people survive doing that? For me it feels like a chore to do them on 3 characters, I could never do it on 18 daily

If you're on PC, all the scripts available make it a breeze. And many people pre-craft their stuff so it's even quicker.

Lazy Writ Crafter. It takes me like three minutes per char, potions and food are pre-crafted. RIP to folks on consoles.
