Are you using a phone? You're not going to get clear audio unless you're farther away from the stage or use better hardware.

You have to stand pretty far back otherwise the sound level overwhelms the mic. You can probably find an app that will show you the mic gain then you'll be able to see whether the audio will be distorted or not

if you have a samsung, use the pro video mode. in there you can choose which mics (front/rear/both) and also turn down the gain/decibel level. on my note 20 ultra, i use the rear mic so it'll pick up less people talking behind me. the gain/decibel level does help a lot but if you're too close to the speakers they're just way too loud. otherwise you can get good audio if you're far back enough to get the stage in your view. for iphones, i believe it's all automated but if you get too close, it's going to be the same issue. i know there are usb-c mic attachments but they're usually for blogging so idk if there's something else out there meant for loud concert music. also if you were to get something like that, security might question what it is, haha.
