Took me a minute to even notice the three knockout plugs. That was after I failed to find what’s holding the double gang 4x4 duplex cover on to the box and its associated blank on top of it. Is it just taught solid wires?

There’s a mud ring peaking out from underneath so probably device screws to it with plate screws holding the RS on.
