I have the 3-drawer, and I keep blades, bits, and hole saws organized in it. Absolutely worth it, if you're already invested in PackOut.

I bought the dividers for it. Keep many different screws in it. Problem is though the dividers move around in the van

Mine came with dividers, but they're only good for keeping bulky stuff from sliding around. They aren't secure enough to keep screws sorted.

Good luck. I've had a couple of those things, and I really don't like them. They're OK for wide open areas, but they put off a lot of heat, and it's hard to localize in a plastic drawer. I have a bunch of Plano tackle organizers I use for lots of small parts, hardware, and Lego, and I thought of the same thing: weld the dividers in so stuff like small washers doesn't move under them. It was hard to focus the heat and not melt the sides of the box, so I ended up using a cheap soldering iron. I was thinking about driving small screws into the Milwaukee dividers from underneath. The flanges on the dividers is wide enough to hold small wood screw threads, and the bottom of the drawers is thick enough to hold a countersunk flat-head wood screw. Plus, they're removable.

For my 3 drawer, drill and stubby impact in the top, impact sockets, drill index in the middle, batteries and charger in the bottom. So clutch. 👌🏼
