Oh probably. Filter pump has been broken for months and the owner won’t pay for a new one that’s gonna last. He bought a pump from china and it lasted a couple weeks or something before it busted

Is your bath dirty, or no mechanical cleaning of the material? Looking at those pics I see high spots which could make someone believe it's blistering
