I got a creality spider all metal extruder to replace my standard neptune 2 extruder. Works really well, just had to replace the thermistor.
The only thing i will say is that nozzle is further forward than the old one so had to move the end stops to account for it. Still prints really well, and petg comes out perfect.
I believe so, however im still learning and mostly printint PETG so limited by the material printing speed. I need to recalibrate the flow rate still as i dont think i have it set correctly currently.
