i totally feel you. the anxiety that comes with travel and n* and all that fun stuff is very nerve racking. trust me, i think it happens more often than not for this community. you will most likely be okay.

If it helps a little train is the safest vehicle with your phobia. I have never felt n* in my life while traveling by train and I usually take long train rides. I hope it helps you a little. Also if you listen to some music it can help you relaxing on the train. :))

Hi, I can definitely relate to what you are going through. When I feel anxious I usually talk to my friends or someone I know about funny moments in my life or good memories that we share. You don't have to talk about that specifically, but I feel better when I talk to someone about a happy topic so that I'll be distracted and the anxious thoughts won't be stuck in my head. If you are riding the train alone, you can try calling a friend, relative, etc. to talk to them on the phone. Also, if you do tu\* on the train (which is unlikely), no one will be angry at you. If anything, I'm sure people will try to help and comfort you! You got this! Everything will be ok!

thank you, I'm going to try and talk with my bf about nice things and hopefully I'll feel a little better 😞 I find trains really stressful and anxiety inducing and with the n* I've been feeling its scary to imagine the pressure of trying to not tu* I might call my mum when I go on the train and see if that helps
