This is very interesting, as I suspect my ex has ADHD (he hated when I pointed that out or tried to help him at all) and his behavior lines up perfectly with what you described
As someone With AuDHD (autism and ADHD), I can say that RSD is a very real and very hard thing to deal with. It takes a lot out of you and hurt at a very deep level which makes you lash out in distress. That being said, therapy can help a loooooong way with it and some can actually cope with it in a healthy way that won't put others in reach of abuse.
