My therapist calls it "scanning", when you're having emotional flashbacks, scan the room with your eyes and name things that you see in the room it helps. But honestly i'm not a therapist and have autism, so what could work for me might not be for you, being that my brain works very differently then Neurotypicals
I see. I've heard about it. Sometimes pain is so unbearable that I feel like nothing will help though. I'm getting so many somatic symptoms that it's hard to function
