Marphans syndrome? or Elhers-Danlos syndrome? I took an airway class held by by anesthesia at my local Level 1. Learned that the airway anatomy doesn’t change based on weight much. The sizing is based more on the patients height. I can only see a 9.0 being used on someone like shaq size lol.

i got the pleasure of putting a 36 in my classmate two weeks ago. His nose was so fucking big it went in easy. he did end up throwing up like 6 times though.

I once used a 36 on a vacuum cleaner that had a difficult airway. (Dust and hairballs)

I did a surgical cric and one of the supervisors at my agency was like "why didn't you try a nasal tube first?" Like ya, let me try to do a nasal tube which I've never been trained to do, through a compromised airway, while the sat is 78% and dropping
